Mettams to Sorrento – more wind this time but some light “patches” but fully lit on the 5.8 (finally) – some great chop hopping , no fins visible today which made it more relaxing.

Mettams to sorrento, bit more wind than yesterday, still a bit patchy. 5.8 79l.
Had a couple of nasty moments when I saw black fins in the water a few hundred metres out, managed to convince myself it was a dolphin (very swept back curvy fin). And jybed near other people (a few sea kayaks going downwind so I figured jybing near them improves the odds). only dropped two the whole sail – thats what seeing some fins in the water can do for you.

Lancelin, bay , short sail before heading back to Perth. 7.3 koncept and 120, then put on the sonic 95 – I think that was the first time id tried that combo . Probably what I should have been using yesterday.
Cervantes, 5.8 Koncep and 95 sonic. One of those days where nothing feels right. but still a bit of fun.
Pelican Point, WA, AU – short sail after work. 120 iSonic, 7.3 Koncep and 44cm fin. Good fun, was a bit sore after the ocean sailing yesterday (need to harden up – I know)
Kombat 79l and Ezzy SE Wave 5.8 – took a little bit to get used to the smaller board and not flat water but great fun. felt faster than that.
Well done on the weekend everyone ! PBs and (briefly) top of the world what more can we want.
Lancelin, WA, AU – late sea breeze, 7,2 and 120l was a bit too much some of the time.
An interesting early morning swim at Pt Walter, got to visit the Claremont museum but unfortunately it wasnt open. Many thanks to JJ for the lift back to Pt Walter, the only other option involved ringing my wife at 9am and asking for a lift (wouldnt have been popular). And congrats on your speed !
CA Speed and Koncept 5m – only did one run timed it perfectly for the nuking wind to turn of.
After warming up I decided to go to Melville and had a short and gusty sail there on the Sonic 95 with a 5.8, at times too windoy and at times not enough. But had “got back on the horse”, Numbers are all from there, didnt worry to post the 5km of body dragging and swimming
